Sample report · fictional organization
A real before and after, start to finish.
This example is an interactive form, which is quoted separately (the $95 pilot covers straightforward text documents). We made a typical sliding-fee application for a fictional health center, with the problems we often find. Then we fixed it the way we’d fix yours. These are the actual results.

What every report covers
Validation results, a word-by-word comparison with your original, a page-by-page visual check, a structure export and annotation inventory, the changes that need your approval, and what we didn’t test.
Limits. This document and organization are fictional. The results above are real checks on these two files. No person tested them with screen-reader software, and passing PDF/UA-1 doesn’t by itself establish full WCAG conformance.
