Questions
How is the work done?
The work is AI-assisted: we use AI and automated tools to make the changes, then check every file, including a word-for-word comparison with your original and a page-by-page visual check.
What do you test, and what don’t you?
Accessibility work gets PDF/UA-1 validation (veraPDF), structure and navigation checks using pdf.js, and our 10-point checklist. Hands-on testing with screen-reader software is not included by default, and each report says exactly which checks were done.
Does this make us compliant?
We do not certify ADA or Section 504 compliance, or full WCAG conformance. Each report identifies the checks performed and their limitations.
What documents can’t you take?
We work on blank documents only. Please don’t send completed forms or anyone’s personal, medical or financial information.
Privacy
We use the details you send through the form or by email only to reply and provide the service. Our email, hosting, payment and AI providers process them as needed to do the work, and our server keeps basic logs of page visits. We don’t use tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your information. Please send blank documents only, never patient or personal information.
